The mechanism "zero wall" type allows user to put its furniture by the wall without the need to move it forward while unfolding.
It may be used in sofabeds or corner units on legs. The construction enables unfolding the furniture to the " sleeping position" in an easy way by lifting the seat up and moving it forward. In comparison to traditional solutions of that kind, our construction eliminates the danger of damaging the floor while unfolding and prevents from castors scratching. Furthermore, the user may install decorative metal legs in front of the seat.
It is destinated to be used in sofabeds and corner units. The construction is similar in use to the mechanism PF 016-5. The only difference are metal legs inside the mechanism that go forward automatically while unfolding the seat . Therefore there is no need to install any additional legs in front of the furniture.
Although the function is already well known on the market, the new mechanism hiden fully under the seat enables a furniture maker to model the backrest according to his preferences.
These lifting mechanisms are used in coach. The mechanism enables quick and easy unfolding of a coach to the position "sleeping" and folding back to the position "sitting" The most modern version "free wall" (PW 183-5) eliminates the necessity to pull the furniture out of the wall in order to unfold the coach.
There are two versions:
-single one - 1 unfolding seat (KO 012-5)
-double one - 2 unfolding seats (KO 011-5).
The SH fittings may be used in corner units where the ottoman is the bedding cover to be open with lifting mechanisms type PZ or PL.
It may be assembled in sofabeds and corner units. The metal rail construction guarantees the stability of the mechanism during the whole using time.
The mechanism is to be used in corner units on decorative legs. After unfolding, the seat together with ottomana make the surface to sleep on. The construction is unvisible in furniture when it is fold. Under the seat there is free surface that make it possible to clean the floor.
